Vice President & Program Coordinator, Stacy Miller
Stacy is the Chief Financial Officer at Omnicon, Inc. located in Joliet, IL. She has resided in Manhattan for the past 23 years while raising her two children who are now both attending college. Stacy attended the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh studying Business Administration and received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Governor’s State University in 1994. She has served on the PTO at Anna McDonald Elementary School and volunteered for the Athletic Boosters and Band Boosters at Manhattan Junior High School and Lincoln-Way Central High School. Stacy joined LWABWO in 2015 and is honored to help the girls from the Lincoln-Way area earn scholarships for their college endeavors. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside in the sun and surrounding herself with her family and friends.
Treasurer & Finance Chair, Donna Bateman
Donna is the Deposit Products Marketing Manager at First Bank of Manhattan. She also serves as the treasurer for the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. She previously worked at LaSalle Bank in Chicago, IL. Donna received her Bachelor of Business Administration from DePaul University. Donna joined LWABWO in 2017 after her daughter had earned one of the scholarships and wanted to give back to the organization. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, travel, concerts, plays, and her “fur” babies.
Secretary & Acts of Kindness, Tiffannee Fouts
Tiffanee is a travel agent for Cruise Planners-Principle Travel, and also works as the director of human resources at Principle Lighting, Inc. She is proud to call her self a life long resident of New Lenox, and loves to be involved in the community. In 2015, Tiffanee received her B.S. in Communications, concentrating in Public Relations and Behavioral Science from Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana, and in May of 2017 she received her Master's of Business Administration from the same school. Tiffanee is heavily involved in Ridgewood Baptist Church, and serves on the worship team as one of the keyboard players and in the children's ministry. When she is not working, she loves to read, listen to music, keep up with Chicago sports teams, spend time with family, and, of course, travel!
President & Membership Chair, Nancy Dye
Nancy is the Economic Development Coordinator for the Village of New Lenox. She grew up in Chicago and then moved to Oak Forest before making New Lenox her home 40 years ago. Nancy previously worked at the Chicago Board of Trade and the American Schools Foundation Alliance. She received her Bachelors' of Business Administration from Northwood University in May, 2007. Concurrent with her full-time career, Nancy served on the Village Board as a Trustee, New Lenox District 122 School Board, the New Lenox Library Referendum Committee, as a Channel 6 Television Host, Toastmaster's Club Member and Club President, and President of the New Lenox District 122 School Foundation. In Nancy's spare time, she enjoys attending and volunteers as an Early Childhood Coach at New Lenox's Parkview Christian Church. She also exercises, reads, and loves walking her three "furry kids."
